The firm was founded in 1998 by Stephen Zenovic, a Professional Civil Engineer with over 35 years of experience, of which 22 have been on the Olympic Peninsula. All of the Z & A team live here because of the natural beauty of the area and the generous and caring citizens of our community, and we know we have a stake in maintaining the area's quality of life.

We also feel that professional growth should be a constant process. We invest significant time in continuing education to increase our technical knowledge and skills. Our staff of ten includes three Professional Engineers, two Licensed Land Surveyors, one Engineer in Training, and a Land Surveyor in Training. All of us use the latest equipment and technology, compatible with other quality professionals. Our investment in these tools supports our work in completing projects effectively, on time and within budget.
